Probable Pitchers for Friday, July 3

John Danks (CWS) @ Zack Greinke (KC)

Danks now has 4 consecutive quality starts and lowered his ERA by a run to a good 4.08. He’s finally worth having on your fantasy teams.

Trevor Cahill (OAK) @ David Huff (CLE)

Brian Tallet (TOR) @ A.J. Burnett (NYY)

Charlie Morton (PIT) @ Chris Volstad (FLA)

Jeff Suppan (MIL) @ Carlos Zambrano (CHC)

Felix Hernandez (SEA) @ Tim Wakefield (BOS)

Kenshin Kawakami (ATL) @ Ross Detwiler (WAS)

Kawakami is improving gradually but I don’t like his control issues. If he can manage to walk fewer batters he will become an option.

Livan Hernandez (NYM) @ Rodrigo Lopez (PHI)

Joel Pineiro (STL) @ Homer Bailey (CIN)

Scott Kazmir (TB) @ Tommy Hunter (TEX)

Luke French (DET) @ Kevin Slowey (MIN)

You can’t ignore Slowey's 10 wins this season and he knows how to pitch at home. Besides, the Tigers are batting .217 in their last 5 games.

Max Scherzer (ARI) @ Jorge De La Rosa (COL)

David Hernandez (BAL) @ Ervin Santana (LAA)

I want to see this start first before I consider recommending Ervin Santana again.

Hiroki Kuroda (LAD) @ Chad Gaudin (SD)

Felipe Paulino (HOU) @ Ryan Sadowski (SF)
